Sun 8 Jun

Ah, the morning after Walk Wisconsin. When your body feels thoroughly abused down to the tips of the toes. I'm predicting three toenails will go this year. I foolishly forgot to put on my toe protectors which might have saved two of them, but this year the big toe on the right foot looks distinctly bruised which is new. Exercise this morning was pure will power. Bob must really be hurting today. He couldn't even manage walking to St. Joe's; had to turn back as soon as we crossed Center St. Didn't really feel like supper after finishing the spinach fettucine leftovers for lunch, so we just went to King Kone for ice cream.
