Already June seems to be flying by. This weekend we do a 3/4 walking marathon for Walk Wisconsin. Hopefully it won't rain or thunderstorm while we're out on the trails. And hopefully I won't lose any toenails this year. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee 10:15 am 1 Kirkland mini peanut butter cup 12:30 pm Blueberry soy shake, lemon scone, 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/chives 4:50 pm 1/3 large molasses cookie 5:45 pm Culver's pot roast sandwich 7:15 pm 99 g raspberries Exercise: 4:50-5:45 am Leslie Sansone 4 mile Boosted Walking YouTube 6:20-6:50 pm Walk in Schmeeckle
