We did a partial slow hike at Rib last night since I'm going on call for a week now and we can't go back for awhile. We both have some blisters from Walk Wisconsin that made us limp a bit, but I think it's good to work the muscles a bit in recovery, even if at a slow pace.
I'm still managing the morning exercise, but I'm not really able to move with as much zest as usual.
Food:
7:00 am Steel cut oats w/flaxseed meal, protein powder, 1/2 c frozen blueberries, soy milk, 1/2 c grapefruit, 101 g raspberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, slice Dutch Country 100% whole wheat bread, 1 tbl PB, med banana, 2 oz soy milk,1 tsp sugar
12:30 pm 6 g Green & Black mint dark chocolate
2:45 pm Milky Way Fun Size bar
6:45 pm Macadamia-crusted tilapia filet, 2/3 c mashed sweet potato w/butter, 1.75 c Pictsweet broccoli/cauiflower/carrots, 8 oz skim milk

4:50-5:45 am Cardio Dance DVD
5:45-6:15 pm Walk with Dad
