Yesterday was certainly a lovely day. We got a nice walk in the evening as well as the walk with my client in the morning. Tonight I get my hair colored and cut. It's been feeling a little sloppy so it will be nice to neaten it up.
Food:
6:50 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
12:05 pm Peach soy shake, lemon scone, 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/chives
12:55 pm 10 g mint dark chocolate
5:15 pm 85 g grilled wild sockeye salmon, 1/2 large sweet potato (grilled as fries), 4 spears grilled asparagus
8:05 pm 1/2 small banana foster brownie flurry

4:55-5:50 pm Kristi Yamaguchi workout DVD
5:45-6:00 pm Walk to haircut
7:50-8:15 pm Walk home via Belt's
