We had a very nice anniversary dinner at Tokyo Steak House last night. We ordered the Love Boat of sushi/sashimi and they brought us a fried ice cream dessert. Now it's time to settle down to eating at home for awhile. I guess we have the annual ACT potluck on Friday evening so I'll have to shoot for making something healthy. The ACT group is known for mayo and fried things. Speaking of fried things, I'm finishing the baked treat from the weekend with a large round fried dough doughnut this morning.
There is a disturbing amount of sweet things on my food list today.
Food:
6:45 am Fried dough flat roll from World's Best Doughnuts, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee
10:15 am Milky Way Midnight mini
11:30 am Blueberry soy shake, lemon scone, 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/chives
12:30 pm 2 sm squares mint dark chocolate
2:15 pm Milky Way Midnight mini
4:35 m 1/3 molasses cookie
6:30 pm 4 oz extra lean ground beef, King's Hawaiian bun, sautéed ramps & shrooms, 4 spears grilled asparagus, .75 oz Harvest Cheddar SunChips
